Our Teen Artists Unite Summer Camp (Ages 14-17) is designed for teens who want to explore art, creativity, and self-expression in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just discovering your creative side, our Whitby-based expressive arts camp provides the space to experiment with painting, drawing, and mixed media projects.
Teens will have the opportunity to develop their skills, try new artistic techniques, and connect with like-minded peers in a supportive setting. Our small class sizes ensure each participant gets personalized guidance while having the freedom to create and explore.
Art With A Heart is hosting our Teen Artists Unite program from July 6th to August 21st, 2026. Join us to create new projects based on a theme, all while learning about mindfulness and emotional growth.

Teen Artists Unite Camp Schedule
Our Teen Artists Unite summer camp program is held at our Art With A Heart Studio, in Whitby, ON.
“Who Am I?”, Week 1
What makes you you? This creative and empowering camp week is all about exploring identity, personality, and self-expression through art. From discovering the stories behind your name to creating artwork inspired by your favourite things, you’ll have the chance to share who you are in a fun, supportive, and judgment-free space.
Dates: July 6th to July 10th, 2026
“What Dreams Are Made Of”, Week 2
What would you do if anything were possible? This week is all about dreaming big, exploring your goals, and turning your ideas into art. Through creative projects and group discussions, you’ll imagine exciting possibilities for your future while letting your creativity run wild and discovering what inspires you most.
Dates: July 13th to July 17th, 2026
“The Hero Within”, Week 3
Ever wanted to star in your own anime or video game? Through art, storytelling, and discussion, campers will explore classic character archetypes while examining what courage, growth, and resilience really look like. Campers will create artwork inspired by favourite fictional characters, reimagine their fears and challenges through humour, and explore the people who help shape their journeys.

“Finding Your Rhythm”, Week 4
Music has the power to tell stories, spark memories, and bring people together. This creative week explores self-expression through music, movement, and art. Share your favourite songs and artists, discover new music from fellow campers, and create artwork inspired by the sounds that move you.
Dates: July 27th to July 31st, 2026
“Speaking Your Truth”, Week 5
This week is all about finding your voice and expressing what you really think in creative, light-hearted ways. From playful “hot takes”, poetry and creating your own zine, experiment with spoken word and visual art that reflects your personality and mindset. Whether you’re writing, drawing, or mixing it all together, this week is about confidence, creativity, and saying things in your own unique way.
Dates: August 4th to August 7th, 2026
“Rooted In Nature”, Week 6
This immersive week connects creativity with the natural world as you explore art inspired by earth, fire, air, and water. Work with materials like clay, sand, charcoal, watercolour, and natural pigments to experiment with texture, movement, light, and form. Take your art outdoors, create sun prints and expressive drawings, and build sculptural pieces using found objects from nature. Throughout the week, you’ll experiment with different elements to discover how each one can shape your creative process.
Dates: August 10th to August 14th, 2026
“All In This Together”, Week 7
This week is all about connection, collaboration, and creating something bigger than yourself. Through fun teamwork challenges, you’ll get to know your fellow campers while working together to solve creative prompts and build ideas as a group. Design and build a shared village where everyone contributes a unique role, then bring it to life with characters, landscapes, and collaborative storytelling. You’ll also create meaningful artwork for friends and family, celebrating the people who support you.
